I love the chair, but I had a problem and customer service just wasn't there. Nice chair though. The The Velvet is very soft, the gold legs are beautifully shiny and the wheels turn very easily on carpeting. and the seat is thick enough that you when you sit down you can really tell it's a nice thick seat. Very well made very well made. My only regret is that I ordered 4 in green and only received one in green, the other three are pink.
