Everything about this set is mediocre. The external rattan is about midgrade. It wouldn't say it looks cheap but it doesn't look and feel like it is going to hold up for years.Putting it together was not fun as sometimes you have to have an extra set up hands to force parts to line up so you can put the screws in. I'm not thrilled that you have some external screw heads showing with no caps for them. Even though the screws are black and not overly noticeable the fact you have exposed, uncapped screw heads detracts from the look.As others have noted it is a bit smaller than I was expecting, that is my fault for not checking the measurements. The bench will fit two small adults, or kids, however for your averaged sized adult only one will be able to fit comfortably, two will be a squeeze. The frame seems sturdy enough but I wouldn't get rambunctious on it and I'd be cautious if you were a larger individual. Even with this, and some minor bending to try to get the bench steady it wobbles slightly, like the legs aren't completely even. It is sturdy when someone sits on it, and maybe the issue will be fixed with use as the unit settles. The table, to get the glass on it required pressure to be applied to light bend it so that the angles were mostly square just to place the glass on.Finally, the least underwhelming aspect of this is the cushions. These are the thinnest, least supportive cushions I have ever seen. The color of the cushions is darker than the photo makes them look by a few shades. These aren't off white, or a light cream. They are quite firmly beige if not a light tan. That was the first, and most noticeable issue. The worst is the bench cushion is floppy and when you sit on it it provides no real cushioning at all. The foam used for these cushions is very low grade.I haven't placed it outside yet or water tested it, but having read other reviews on this set I am most likely going to replace the cushions before I get it set outside. My patio is now complete ??Shipping: It arrived early which was a really pleasant surprise! Everything was intact and undamaged.Assembly: My husband and I put it together in about an hour and a half, I found it pretty frustrating as many of the bolts and holes did not line up but after some muscle we made it work.Size and appearance: 5 stars! Nice and small but not silly small - fits just how I had hoped for on our small porch. Looks way more expensive than what it cost IMO, especially with the addition of a couple of throw pillows and a nice outdoor rug. (Walmart, $5 each for the pillows and $32 for a 9x12 rug at Job Lot, don’t waste your money on the expensive ones on amazon!) I love the look of my porch now, it went from blah to beautiful and it cost me less than $250 for everything in the photo. The lights were $5 a string at Family Dollar.Quality: TBD. I will update at the end of the season but it seems like it will hold up and it definitely doesn’t seem sketchy or unstable with my 250 lb husband sitting on it so that’s a plus.Take your time and follow the instructions!.I did read the instructions and found they say to install all the screws just enough, then tighten all screws. This works.....Still have a few things to finish the patio. This furniture is just the right size and is comfortable too!.Would like to have a small table for in between the chairs.Super tiny but cuteThe chairs were relatively easy to put together. The love seat is a little hard to put together, I’ll have to probably unscrew all the parts and start over. The cushions are thin, but sufficient. I’ll purchase back cushions for extra support. The metal makes this furniture very sturdy. The loveseat is small, but can fit an adult and a child or two skinny adults. LOL. The loveseat is comfy but too short. I hoped to be able to sit sideways with my feet up and that’s not an option, but any smallchild can. I’ll probably purchase an ottoman to achieve maximum comfort.Overall , I’m very happy with it the purchase. The price is right and the size is reasonable. Thanks Amazon! This set looks adorable and it is relatively cheap. So there are some pros and cons. There is more cons than pros however. When we received the box, it looked like someone had been using the box as a punching bag. Obviously that's from people handling it durning shipping not the company but just wanted to put it out there.I took everything out of the package and it looked good. There was a hole in one of the chairs but since it is wicker, it's not that noticable. The setup process was the most FRUSTRATING part! The holes for the screws to go in so we had to bend some parts a little bit just to get them to go in. Because the holes didnt match up, at least 1 screw on every single item in the 4pc set has stripped. The only pro is that it looks cute once you get past the frustrating, screaming stage because the holes wouldn't match up.This set looks very nice and elegant. At first I received a defective set and I believe it was due to the packaging. I contacted the seller and within an hour I got a response. They kindly apologized and offered to send me another set plus keep the defective one.I was supposed because I was only expecting replacement parts or replacement of the coffee table and 1 chair. The new one is perfect.I recommend this patio set.
