I got this to replace my old chair that was hurting my back. I sit in it 9+ hours a day working from home so it's important that it is comfortable and provides support, and this one does. The seat cushion is firm but not hard. Back support is nice, especially with the adjustable lumbar support. The armrests adjust up-down, forward-back, and rotate left-right which helps when sitting in different positions. The rotation isn't something I knew I needed but now I don't think I could do without it. The headrest adjusts up-down, but even in the lowest position it didn't work well for me (I'm 5'6") so I just took it off. If you're taller the headrest should work fine. Overall I would recommend this chair.
